Man Utd 1 - 1 Chelsea

Man Utd won on penalties 6-5.

2012 Finals:

Who would have thought that moment is this year? Congratulations Chelsea!

Bayern Munich 1 - 1 Chelsea

Chelsea won on penalties 4-3.
